| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | fresh yeast |
| 1 and ½ cups | water | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | lavender |
| 1 and ½ tablespoons | honey | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | salt |

Honey And Lavender Loaf Yield: 1 Pound Loaf / Preparation and Bake time: 3-4 hours/ Crust Type: Light Crust/ Program: Basic/White Bread
While the honey gives a dose of healthy sweetness, the lavender produces a delightfully soft loaf, that will attract even your neighbors to your house!
- Take a bowl and sift in both flours
- Add the listed ingredients to your bread machine following the manufactures instructions.
- Set the bread machine's program to Basic/White Bread and the crust type to Light. Press Start.
- Wait until the remaining bake cycle completes.
- Once the loaf is done, take the bucket out from the bread machine and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Gently shake the bucket and remove the loaf, transfer the loaf to a cooling rack and slice.
- Serve and enjoy!
