Honey Cakes for Two
Recipe for the simplest and most delicious honey cakes with nuts for a couple. You can cook these cakes in a double boiler, multicooker or on the stove using a steamer (we will not use the oven). 4 servings. 50 min (10 min active). Author: pokanevich, 04/11/16.

Ingredients
| 50 g | Butter | |
| 1 pc | Egg | |
| 3 tsp | 15 ml | Honey |
| 100 g | Sugar | |
| 100 g | Walnuts | |
| 200 g | Flour | |
| 5 g | Baking powder |
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients for making the honey cakes.
- In a steam bath, put the bowl with the butter and egg.
- Beat the egg and add the honey.
- Add the sugar and mix.
- Add the baking powder and melt all the sugar crystals on the steam bath, stirring constantly.
- Grind the nuts in a blender, or chop them in a mortar or with a knife.
- Once removed from the steam bath, add the flour.
- Then add the nuts and stir.
- When the dough has formed, shape it with a wet hand into gingerbread-like beads. Arrange them to form cakes for steaming (it may be a pressure cooker, multicooker or a conventional strainer for cooking on the stove).
- In a multicooker or double boiler, cook the honey cakes for 40 minutes. Check readiness as always with a skewer.
- The honey cakes for two are ready. Enjoy them with your tea.
