Honey Meat Glaze
A honey glaze that is very well suited to pork and especially ribs. Optionally add a little soy sauce to the glaze.

Ingredients
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | coriander, finely chopped |
| 2-3 pinches | black pepper | |
| 2 cloves | garlic, pressed | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | honey |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | ketchup |
Instructions
Prep time: 5 minutes. Total time: 5 minutes. Servings: 2.
- Mix all the ingredients together and stir well.
- Brush the mixture onto the meat before baking.
