| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | Garam masala |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3 ml | crushed black peppercorns, or more to taste |

| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | tomato paste |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | rosemary |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | sage |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | bone broth |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | butter, melted at room temperature |
| 1 | small bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | ginger powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | chili powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | allspice berries, lightly crushed |

Instructions
Press the "Saute" button and melt the butter. Now, cook the duck thighs until golden brown on both sides. Add all seasonings. Next, stir in the garlic, tomato paste, broth, and Garam masala. Secure the lid. Choose the "Manual" mode and cook for 25 minutes at High pressure. Once cooking is complete, use a quick pressure release; carefully remove the lid. Serve with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
