Ingredients
| 1 lb | 455 g | shrimp, peeled and cooked |
| 4 oz | 115 g | linguine pasta, broken in half |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | fresh lime juice |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | white wine |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | chicken stock |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | garlic, minced |
| 0.5 tsp | 2.5 ml | red chili flakes |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | olive oil |
| 0.25 tsp | 1.3 ml | salt |
Instructions
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Servings: 5
- Add shrimp, oil, garlic, red chili flakes, lime juice, and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Add 3 cups of water, pasta, and 1 tsp salt into the instant pot.
- Seal the instant pot with a lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once done, release pressure using the quick-release method. Open the lid.
- Add shrimp, white wine, and stock and stir well.
- Serve and enjoy.
