1 tbsp15 mlTonkatsu sauce
1 cup240 mlbrown rice
0.5 tsp2.5 mlsweet paprika
2 cups480 mlbeef bone broth
1carrot, chopped
1celery stalk, chopped
0.25 cup60 mltomato paste
0.33 cup79 mlrice wine
1 sprigdried thyme, crushed
1 sprigdried rosemary, crushed
0.5 cup120 mlshallots, chopped
4cloves garlic, minced
salt
black pepper
1 tbsp15 mllard, at room temperature
