Jekyll & Gin Glowing Cocktails
A glowing gin cocktail with grenadine and tonic, finished with an optional glow stick.
Ingredients
| 3 oz | 85 g | gin |
| 1/2 oz | 14 g | lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | grenadine |
| 1 handful | ice | |
| — | tonic water |
Instructions
- Mix gin, lemon juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker; pour into a large glass filled with ice.
- Top with tonic water. Garnish with a glow stick (optional).
