Potatoes with a spicy crust
Ingredients
| — | 1 кг картофи |
| — | 2 с.л. царевично брашно |
| — | 2 с.л. грис |
| — | 1 с.л. червен пипер |
| — | чесън на прах |
| — | риган |
| — | Пикантина за американски картофки (или вместо нея, следните подправки: чер пипер, вегета, сол, чубрица, чесън на прах) |
| — | олио |
Instructions
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. Pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- Make a mixture of all the products except the oil, and roll the potatoes well in it.
- Line the oven tray with parchment paper and pour in 3-4 tbsp oil.
- Add the potatoes and pour another 3-4 tbsp oil over them.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees!
