Killer Toast Pandan (Super Soft + Quick Proofing)
A super-soft, quick-proofing pandan toast bread (recipe machine-translated from an Indonesian Cookpad source).

Ingredients
| 130 g | Cakra flour | |
| 30 g | refined sugar | |
| 1 | egg yolk | |
| 60-70 cc | liquid milk (pour slowly) | |
| 2 g | yeast | |
| 20 g | butter (I use Anchor) | |
| 2 g | fine salt | |
| 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml | good-quality Pandan essence |
Instructions
Total time: 90 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients except butter + salt; mix until half smooth. (Let the milk run in slowly, watch the moisture; if it is right, stop.) --- Add the butter and salt, mix again until the ingredients are soft and elastic :)
- Weigh out and divide the dough into 40-gram pieces.
- Round, roll and shape into rolls. Arrange on a greased tray.
- Let it rise 2x (mine took about 1 hour in the morning). The ends tore, pinned .. xixixi :D
- Brush with egg yolk, bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
