Kostas' Olives
Kostas' method for curing olives. Dated Sunday, 18 September 2022, 20:53.
Ingredients

| 1 litre | Water | |
| 100 g | Salt | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | Citric acid (lemon salt / limontozu) |
Instructions
- Change the water every 2 days for 30 days.
- When they turn brown.
- Then use 1 litre of water, 100 g salt, 1 teaspoon of citric acid (lemon salt / limontozu).
- Ready after one month.
