Ingredients
| 300 grams | Glutinous rice flour |
| 300 mls | Water |
| 300 grams | White sugar |
| 100 grams | Dark brown sugar |
| 4 to 5 | Banana leaves, long sheet (blanch in hot boiling water for 5 minutes, then pat dry) |
Instructions
- Cut the banana leaves into 7-inch width and about 7 to 8-inch length. Arrange them on the bottom of a 7 X 3 inch round cake pan so they cover the bottom and all the sides.
- In a saucepan, place the water and sugar and bring to a boil to melt the sugar.
- Remove from the heat and cool completely.
- Gradually add the flour into the sugar mixture.
- Stir to mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared aluminum pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Pour 1 cup of water into the IP.
- Set the trivet.
- Place the cake pan on top of the trivet.
- Cover and cook on High for 45 minutes.
- Do a natural release.
- Remove and cool for 24 hours to harden.
- Serve.
