Lamb Chops with Wine and Rosemary

Ingredients

| 2 sprigs, fresh or dried | rosemary | |

| 1 cup | 240 ml | red wine |
Instructions
The evening before, rub the lamb chops well with salt, black, red and white pepper. Arrange them in a small tray, sprinkle with a scraped and crushed rosemary sprig. Cover them with the sliced onion and pour over soy sauce to taste and a little oil. Press lightly with your fingers. Cover the tray and leave the chops to marinate overnight. After that, arrange the chops and everything in the tray into a new, larger greased tray. Add a sprig of rosemary and pour in the wine. Cover the tray with foil. Put the lamb chops with rosemary and wine to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove the foil and finish baking until done.
