Lemon-Berry Pizzelle Tart
Ingredients
| ¾ cup | 180 ml | mixed berries |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | lemon zest, plus extra for garnish |
| 8 tsp | 40 ml | lemon curd |
| 4 | lemon pizzelle | |
| 8 tbsp | 120 ml | whipped cream |
Instructions
- Add the lemon curd, zest and juice to the whipped topping and mix well.
- Divide the cream mixture evenly over the cookies, top with the berries, and garnish with lemon zest.
