Lemon Pizzelles - fruity

| 5 to 6 tbsp | 75–90 ml | milk (for buttercream) |
| 6 tbsp | 90 ml | Lemon Extract (for buttercream) |

- While beating the eggs, slowly add the sugar. Mix until it's smooth.
- Melt the butter and add it along with the lemon extract.
- Gather the flour and baking powder and add them to the egg mix. Mix until it's smooth. The batter will be sticky, but spoonfuls can be dropped on the iron. Cook the pizzelle.
For the buttercream: 4. Beat butter in a bowl until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar, lemon extract, and enough milk to achieve the desired consistency. 5. You can put blueberry preserves on one pizzelle, pipe lemon buttercream frosting on another, and combine them like a sandwich.
