Lemon Waffle Wafers
Lemon-zested waffle wafers baked immediately in a waffle iron.
Ingredients
| 100 гр | butter |
| 100 гр | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| — | grated lemon zest |
| 200 гр | flour |
| 1 ч.л. | baking soda |
| 125 мл | lukewarm water |
| 1-2 с.л. | lemon juice |
| — | whipped cream or ice cream (for filling) |
Instructions
- Beat the butter, sugar and lemon zest into a creamy mixture.
- Then add the eggs one by one.
- Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking soda, add the water and finally add the lemon juice.
- Bake the batter immediately!
Filling: whipped cream or ice cream.
