Macarons with Coconut Cream and Cherry Aroma
Coconut cream flavored with cherry blossom water.
Ingredients
| 150 g | mascarpone | |
| 150 ml | pastry cream | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | powdered sugar |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | coconut flakes |
| 1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml | cherry blossom water |
Instructions
Coconut cream with cherry blossom water: Whip the cream into a fluffy cream, add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, water and coconut flakes. Whip again very well.
When the macarons have cooled, pipe some of the cream onto one shell and place a second shell on top.
