Margarita Strawberries
Sugar- and lime-coated strawberries filled with a tequila and triple sec margarita mixture using pipettes.

Ingredients
| 1 | juice and zest of lime | |
| 24 | large strawberries | |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | granulated sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml | kosher salt |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | silver tequila |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | triple sec |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | lime juice |
Instructions
- Make strawberries: Squeeze lime over strawberries and toss gently to coat. In a shallow bowl, mix sugar with salt and the lime zest. Roll strawberries in the sugar mixture.
- Make margarita: In a medium measuring cup, stir together tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Pour into pipettes, then stick pipette into strawberry. Repeat until all margarita mixture is used.
