Mascarpone Muffins
Sweet vanilla muffins with mascarpone.

Ingredients
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 360 ml | sugar |
| 150 g | mascarpone | |
| 40 g | butter | |
| 2 1/3 cups | 560 ml | flour |
| 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml | salt |
| 1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml | baking powder |
| 2 | vanilla | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | baking soda (bicarbonate) |
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients to them one after another, stirring constantly.
- Pour the mixture into the moulds.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 25–30 minutes, in previously greased moulds or distributed in paper cups.
