Instructions
My maslenica with sour cream, kneaded in a breadmaker. Happy holiday! The recipe for Maslenica
(Filling / fat, listed separately below the dough:) 400 g lard 300 g cheese
I kneaded it in the breadmaker. I put the products in the order in which they are written. I ran it on the pasta program. It kneads immediately, without heating, for 15 minutes. The dough is divided immediately into 4 parts. They are rolled into ellipses and spread with fat/the recipe calls for 400 g lard, but I used 200 g soft cow's butter and 100 ml oil/ and sprinkled with crumbled cheese. They are stacked one on top of another. Then I rolled them out together. It is rolled into a roll, twisted and stretched. It is placed in a greased tray 28 cm in diameter to rise. After the volume doubles it is brushed with the egg yolk mixed with a spoon — two [tablespoons] fresh milk and baked in a moderate oven, preheated to 180 degrees, until done. I cool it on a rack.
