Ingredients
| 1 cup | 240 ml | Mixture: milk + egg |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | Mozzarella cheese |
| 2 1/4 cups | 540 ml | Bread machine flour |
| 3/4 cup | 180 ml | Whole-grain flour |
| 2 Tbsp | 30 ml | Sugar |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | Sea salt |
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | Dried oregano |
| 1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml | Bread machine yeast |
Instructions
Program 8, 750 g, light crust.

Steps to Make It:
- Place all the dry and liquid ingredients in the pan and follow the instructions for your bread machine.
- Pay particular attention to measuring the ingredients. Use a measuring cup, measuring spoon, and kitchen scales to do so.
- Set the baking program to BASIC and the crust type to DARK.
- If the dough is too dense or too wet, adjust the amount of flour and liquid in the recipe.
- When the program has ended, take the pan out of the bread machine and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Shake the loaf out of the pan. If necessary, use a spatula.
- Wrap the bread with a kitchen towel and set it aside for an hour. Otherwise, you can cool it on a wire rack.
