Ingredients
| 1 1/4 cups | 300 ml | Dark beer |
| 2 1/3 cups | 560 ml | Flour |
| 3/4 cup | 180 ml | Wholemeal flour |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | Olive oil |
| 3 teaspoons | 15 ml | Mustard seeds |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5 ml | Dry yeast |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10 ml | Brown sugar |
| — | Cheddar cheese, grated (optional, added by the baker) |
Instructions
Note (from the baker): I also added cheddar, three turns of the grater.

Process:
- Open a bottle of beer and let it stand for 30 minutes to get out the gas.
- In a bread maker's bucket, add the beer, mustard seeds, butter, sifted flour, and [remaining text obscured by an image in the source].
- From different angles in the bucket, put salt and sugar. In the center of the flour, make a groove and fill with the mustard seeds.
- Start the baking program.
