Ingredients
| 160 g | fresh figs (roughly chopped) | |
| 180 g | quark | |
| 100 g | cottage cheese (blended smooth) | |
| 60 g | mascarpone | |
| 80 ml | unsweetened almond milk | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | date syrup |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | finely grated orange zest |
| 20 g | finely chopped almonds |
Instructions
- Gently cook half of the figs for 3–4 minutes until soft and jam-like, then allow to cool.
- In a bowl, combine quark, cottage cheese and mascarpone, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Add almond milk, date syrup and orange zest, stirring until the mixture becomes silky and balanced.
- Fold in the cooked figs along with the remaining fresh pieces and chopped almonds.
- Transfer into a Ninja Swirl tub, secure the lid and freeze flat for at least 24 hours. Place the frozen tub into the machine and select SCOOP, then FROZEN YOGHURT.
- Scoop and serve at once, or pause briefly to let it loosen and smooth out.
- Tip: Top with fresh fig slices and a light sprinkle of almonds for a natural, rustic finish.
