⏱️ Prep: 5 min
Ingredients
| 350 ml | Blanco tequila |
| 240 ml | lavender simple syrup |
| 240 ml | fresh lime juice |
| 240 ml | cold filtered water |
| — | dried lavender buds, for garnish |
| — | lime wheel, for garnish |
Instructions
- Combine: In a large pitcher, whisk the tequila, lavender syrup, lime juice and water until uniform and the syrup is fully integrated.
- Pre-chill: Refrigerate at least 2 hours until the liquid reaches 4°C (40°F) for a fast, consistent slush.
- Pour: With the handle closed and the reservoir clean, pour the chilled mixture in, at least half an inch below the Max Fill line to allow for aeration.
- Set: Turn the machine on and select the Spiked Slush setting, required to freeze the high-proof Blanco tequila.
- Freeze: Run for 15–25 minutes until the liquid becomes a light, floral snow.
- Serve: Dispense into glasses and garnish with a fresh lime wheel and a tiny pinch of dried lavender buds.
Pro-tip: Make lavender syrup by steeping 2 tablespoons of culinary-grade lavender in 1 cup of hot simple syrup for 10 minutes, then strain.
