Whiskey Cola
The classic whiskey-and-cola highball transformed into an ice-cold spiked slush with the perfect metric golden ratio.
Ingredients
| 530 ml | regular Coca-Cola (with real sugar) |
| 180 ml | whiskey (40% ABV) |
| 35 g | allulose (for diet version, optional) |
Instructions
- Pre-chill both liquids in the fridge down to 4°C before starting. The whiskey should be well chilled.
- Gently combine the 530 ml cola and 180 ml whiskey in a pitcher (710 ml total), keeping a ratio of about 1:4 or higher. For a diet/zero-sugar version, first stir 35 g allulose into the Diet Coke until fully dissolved, then add the whiskey.
- Pour the 710 ml mixture directly into the Ninja SLUSHi XL tank.
- Select the SPIKED SLUSH preset on the control panel.
- Dispense after 30 to 45 minutes of freezing. The sugar in the cola acts as antifreeze so the auger can turn without locking up.
