Orange Cake
A citrus cake with orange and lemon juice and zest, baked entirely in the bread machine on the CAKE program.
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup | 160 ml | orange juice |
| 1 1/2 tbsp | 23 ml | lemon juice |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | oil |
| 2 cup | 480 ml | flour |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | baking powder |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | baking soda |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | sugar |
| 1/2 tbsp | 7.5 ml | grated orange zest |
| 1/2 tbsp | 7.5 ml | grated lemon zest |
Instructions
All the ingredients are put into the machine's basket. Select the CAKE program (about 2 hours). (Take it out 10 minutes before the end.)
