Ingredients

2garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1can tomatoes, crushed (28-ounce)
4hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
2 ounce57 galmonds, flaked
1 cup240 mlshallot, chopped
1 teaspoon5 mlcoriander seeds
0.5 teaspoon2.5 mlground cumin
8 ounce225 gnatural yoghurt
kosher salt
ground black pepper
1 heaping teaspooncaster sugar
1 tablespoon15 mlGaram Masala
1 teaspoon5 mlsaffron strands
1.5 pound680 gbraising steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  1. Add the beef steak, canned tomatoes, shallot, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin, Garam Masala, saffron strands, salt, black pepper, and sugar to the Instant Pot.
  2. Secure the lid. Choose the "Meat/Stew" setting and cook at High pressure for 20 minutes. Once cooking is complete, use a natural pressure release; carefully remove the lid.
  3. Add the yogurt and seal the lid. Let it sit in the residual heat until everything is heated through. Serve garnished with eggs and flaked almonds. Enjoy!
