Ingredients
| 4 | Peaches |
| 200 г | Strained yogurt |
| 50 г | Honey |
| 2 | Egg whites, beaten with sugar |
| 200 г | Raspberries |
| — | Pistachios |
Instructions
The peaches are peeled, having first removed the stones. They are cut and arranged in the shape of a fan. The strained yogurt is mixed with the honey and the beaten egg whites and the peaches are covered with it. The raspberries are arranged on top and sprinkled with pistachios.
