Peach Bowle (Wine Punch)
A German-style cold wine punch (Bowle) made with fresh peaches macerated in powdered sugar and white wine, finished with soda water and cognac. Note: despite appearing in the book's Latin American section, Bowle is a traditional German/Central-European drink.
