Instructions
Today I made the rolls with pesto, only I adapted the recipe to a single batch for my bread machine - 900 g.
1 cup = 240 ml
Everything is put into the machine's basket in this order.
Select the dough program, for me it is 1 hour.
After the first kneading cycle, I added 2 tbsp pesto and 2 tbsp grated parmesan.
Once the program finished I took the dough out of the basket, shaped the rolls, left them to rise again, brushed them with yolk, sprinkled sesame and baked them.
I made pesto from basil. Normally it is made with fresh (green) basil, but I didn't have any, so I used dried. In the blender I put 1 tbsp dried basil, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp parmesan, 2 tbsp walnuts, 1 tbsp olive oil and chopped it.
