| — | Salt to taste | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | Olive oil |
| 60 ml | Milk | |
| 270 ml | Lukewarm water | |
| — | Pesto for spreading |
Instructions
This bread I made with great pleasure for a colleague whom I love very much! It turned out incredibly delicious, aromatic and soft!
Preparation
Knead a dough from the listed ingredients and leave it to rise until it doubles in volume. After it has risen, knead a second time, roll it out into a rectangle about 2 cm thick. Spread with pesto and roll it up into a roll. Cut the roll lengthwise and braid the cut pieces, keeping the cut side always facing up. Coil it into a snail shape and place in a baking dish measuring 22 cm. Leave it to rise a second time and bake in an oven preheated to 175 C, until done. Take it out, brush with olive oil and leave to cool on a rack.
May it be sweet to your soul!
