Marinade for Pork Chops
A garlic, olive oil, soy sauce and mustard marinade for pork chops, refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
Ingredients
| 3 cloves | garlic, crushed | |
| 4-5 tbsp | olive oil | |
| 4-5 tbsp | soy sauce | |
| 0.5 tsp | 2.5 ml | black pepper |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | mustard |
| 1 head | onion, in half-moons | |
| to taste | salt |
Instructions
- Take 1 kg of pork chops and salt them well, then sprinkle with ground black pepper.
- Place them in a container with a lid and distribute onion half-moons between them.
- Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, mustard and crushed garlic well and pour this mixture over the chops.
- Shake them well so the sauce penetrates evenly.
- Put the lid on and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
