Ingredients
| 300 ml | Fresh milk | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | Salt |
| 1.5 tbsp | 23 ml | Sugar |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | Oil |
| 520 g | Flour | |
| 7 g | Dry yeast | |
| 70 g | Butter, for brushing |
Instructions
Cooking time: 3 hours Portions: PRODUCTS ⢠300 ml fresh milk ⢠1 tbsp salt ⢠1.5 tbsp sugar ⢠3 tbsp oil ⢠520 g flour ⢠7 g yeast (dry) ⢠70 g butter for brushing
Method of preparation: The products (except the butter) are placed in the container of the bread maker in the order indicated. The machine is set to the program for white bread with a size of 700 g and a strongly browned crust (the program time is almost 3 hours, it varies among the different brands of bread makers). During this time the butter is melted and left to cool.
When the second kneading of the dough is finished, the container is removed from the machine. To preserve the internal heat, the lid of the machine is left closed.
The dough is taken out and torn into 8-10 balls. Each is flattened and dipped in the butter. The kneading paddles are removed and the resulting slices are arranged standing upright in the container. If any melted butter remains, it is poured on top. The container is returned to the machine until the program is completed.
The finished bread is taken out while still hot and left to cool on a rack.
- Optionally, you can add crushed garlic or spices to the butter.
