- Start by adding your pork loin with your onion and garlic and seasoning into the instant pot. Make sure that you mix well so that the seasoning is mixed throughout.
- Pour in the water, and cover the pot. Cook on high pressure for one hour, and allow for a natural pressure release.
- Take your pork roast out of your instant pot and use two forks to shred the meat.
- Drizzle your pork with cooking liquid, and then serve with white onions, cabbage and tomatoes.
