QimiQ Marble Cake

Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 175° C and grease a loaf or bundt tin.
- Cream 200 g soft butter with 200 g sugar until light, then beat in 4 eggs one at a time and 125 g QimiQ.
- Fold in 300 g flour sifted with 1 packet baking powder and a pinch of salt to a smooth batter.
- Divide the batter in two; stir 2 tbsp cocoa powder and a splash of milk into one half.
- Spoon the light and dark batters alternately into the tin, then swirl through with a fork to marble.
- Bake for about 50–60 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
