Quick Forest Berry Cake

Ingredients

| 100 мл | sugar |
| 150 гр | butter (soft) or margarine |
| 100 мл | yogurt |
| 200 гр | flour |
| — | baking powder |
| 1 ч.л. | vanilla |
| 400 гр | forest berries (blackberries, raspberries, sour cherries, etc.) |
| 50–70 мл | sugar (for sprinkling) |
Instructions
- Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and the yogurt.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Beat well with a mixer.
- Pour the batter into a baking tin (22–24 cm).
- Arrange the forest berries on top and sprinkle with the sugar. If using frozen strawberries, do not thaw them before baking (dust them with a little starch).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
Serves 6–8 pieces. Prep 20 min, bake 25 min, total 45 min.
