
Red Lobster Biscuits
Just like they serve at Red Lobster restaurants! These biscuits are a great side for almost any type of meal.
Ingredients
| 2 cups | 480 ml | Flour |
| ½ teaspoons | 2.5 ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | Baking powder |
| 1 | Whole egg | |
| ¼ cups | 60 ml | Margarine |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | Milk |
| ½ cups | 120 ml | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| ¼ cups | 60 ml | Melted margarine |
| — | Garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, for sprinkling |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 430 degrees F.
- Stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the egg, margarine, milk, and cheese.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. The recipe should make about 12 biscuits.
- With a pastry brush, brush melted margarine on the tops of the biscuits, then sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley flakes.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
