Roasted Prawns and Bloody Mary (Gradzhanka v Ranchoto)
Roasted prawns for a Bloody Mary cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 round tin | large prawns | |
| — | butter | |
| — | salt | |
| — | pepper | |
| 1 glass | tomato juice | |
| — | black pepper | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | horseradish puree |
| to taste | vodka | |
| a little | soy sauce | |
| a few drops | Worcestershire sauce |
Instructions
Roasted prawns for a Bloody Mary cocktail
- Take one round tin of the large prawns.
- Put them in a baking tray, put a little butter on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 220 degrees until the prawns become opaque.
- Afterwards they can be served with a Bloody Mary.
Bloody Mary: A glass of tomato juice with black pepper and a teaspoon of horseradish puree and vodka (optional) and a little bit of soy sauce, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
