Ingredients

1 lb455 glarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz225 gangel hair pasta or linguine
4 tablespoons60 mlbutter
3 tablespoons45 mlolive oil
4 clovesgarlic, minced
1/4 cup60 mldry white wine (or chicken broth)
1lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon1.3 mlcrushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup60 mlfresh parsley, chopped
grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté. Melt the butter with the olive oil, add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Turn off Sauté.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and garlic-butter sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan and serve immediately.
