SALSA PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients
| 1 pcs | Pink tomatoes |
| 1 pcs | Hot pepper |
| 1 pcs | Onion |
| 50 ml | Lime juice |
| 10 g | Fresh cilantro |
| — | Tortilla chips |
| — | Salt |
Instructions
1 Remove the stems of the peppers and wash them well. Then finely chop the peppers, the onion, the tomatoes and the parsley. Add them to a bowl and squeeze lime juice over them. At the finale season with salt and fresh cilantro and stir well.
2 Arrange in a plate of choice and garnish with tortilla chips
