Saucy Tilapia with Spinach

Ingredients
| 1 pound | 455 g | tilapia, cut into 4 pieces |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 cloves | garlic, sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | butter, melted |
| 2 cups | 480 ml | fresh spinach |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | chicken broth |
| — | salt and ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Place the chicken broth and garlic in the inner pot. Place the trivet on top. Place the tilapia fillets on a sheet of foil; add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and butter. Bring up all sides of the foil to create a packet around your fish. Secure the lid. Choose the "Steam" mode and cook for 10 minutes at Low pressure. Once cooking is complete, use a quick pressure release; carefully remove the lid. Add the spinach leaves to the cooking liquid. Press the "Sauté" function and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until wilted. Place the fish fillets on top of the wilted spinach, adjust the seasonings, and serve immediately. Bon appétit!
