Ingredients
| 1 | avocado |
| 1 | tomato, cut into chunks |
| 200 ml | cooking cream |
| 2 spoons | shallots (Active Fry spoons) |
| 1 spoon | lime juice (Active Fry spoon) |
| 1 | garlic clove, finely chopped |
| a little | Tabasco sauce |

| — | black pepper |
