| 1 pinch | sugar | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | olive oil |

Instructions
Preparation time: 50 min. Additional information: plus resting time.
- Dissolve the yeast in 450 ml lukewarm water and leave it covered for 15 min to rise. Pluck the leaves off the parsley and 2 sprigs of rosemary and chop them.
- Knead a smooth dough from the dissolved yeast, the flour (add it in portions so the dough doesn't become hard), the sugar, the olive oil and 2 tsp salt. Towards the end of kneading, add the chopped herbs and the marjoram and knead once more. Cover the dough and leave it for 2–3 h in a warm place to rise.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions on a floured surface and shape 4 baguettes. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper, cover them and leave them for another 30 min to rise.
- Pluck the leaves off the remaining rosemary sprigs. Moisten the baguettes with water, sprinkle them with salt and rosemary and bake for 20–25 min in an oven preheated to 200°C. Then leave them to cool.
