Foam Sponge Cake with Starch
Ingredients
| 210 гр. (3.5 пакета) | wheat starch |
| 250 гр. (11 с.л.) | sugar |
| 5 | eggs |
| 2 | vanilla |
| 1 | baking powder |
| 6 с.л. | oil |
| 1/2 | banana, finely chopped (optional) |
| — | chocolate chips (optional) |
Instructions
Beat 5 eggs with 11 tbsp sugar using a mixer. Add 3.5 packets of starch together with 1 baking powder and vanilla. Everything is mixed and poured into a cake tin. After I poured it in, I added a finely chopped half banana and chocolate chips.
Bake 30 minutes at 180°C on fan setting.
