Strawberry Mimosas
A blended strawberry twist on the classic champagne mimosa.
Ingredients
| 1 cup | 240 ml | chopped strawberries |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | sugar |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | champagne, plus more for topping off flute |
| — | sliced strawberries, for garnish |
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries, sugar, and champagne until fully combined, then pour into champagne flutes and top with more bubbly.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve.
