- Cut the risen (egg-rich, yellow) dough into pieces.
- Flatten a piece on the work surface.
- Fold it over with a turning motion.
- Flatten it again.
- Roll and fold the dough.
- Fold it over.
- Roll it into a small log.
- Continue rolling to lengthen it.
- Roll it out into a long, thin rope.
- Coil the rope into a spiral inside the mould.
- Brush it with egg/melted butter.
- Place the mould into the breadmaker basket and bake.
Finished result shown: a coiled, rustic loaf dusted with flour.
