Instructions
This artistic dish presents the egg in three forms:
- Milk Shake in an Egg: served in egg shells with a self-made milk shake of eggs, milk, and caramel.
- "Boiled Egg": white asparagus and shallots with cream & whipped cream and hollandaise sauce.
- "Raw Egg": diluted seawater gelée, salmon roe, and gelatin.
