Valentine's Day Pizzelle Red Velvet

| 1 box | red velvet cake mix |

- Preheat your pizzelle press.
- Mix well with the cake mix, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Fill a pastry bag with the cake batter and dispense dollops in the centers of the molds. Close the iron, bake for about 30 seconds or until crispy. Lay the cookies out flat to cool after they are done.
