| 2 | eggs |
| 125 g | butter |
| 1 tea cup | sugar |
| 1/2 tea cup | fresh milk |
| 1 | baking powder |
| 1 essence or 2 packets | vanilla essence or packets |
| 1 | chocolate without nuts (milk or plain) |
Instructions
Required time: About 45 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
- The first step of the recipe for vanilla muffins with chocolate chips is preparing the dry ingredients. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and set it aside.
- Beat the eggs, which you have taken out of the refrigerator beforehand, together with the sugar. It is best to use a mixer or a whisk. Add to the beaten eggs and sugar the previously melted butter and beat well again. Add the fresh milk, which should also be at room temperature and not just taken out of the refrigerator.
- After beating the liquid ingredients well, gradually add the sifted flour little by little, beating continuously. It is important to add the flour little by little, because otherwise the muffins will not rise and become fluffy. Place a muffin paper in each cavity of the muffin tin and fill with the mixture up to 3/4 of the volume of the molds. Be careful not to fill them too much, because otherwise the muffins will overflow during baking. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and push 3-4 small pieces into the dough of each muffin. Bake the vanilla muffins with chocolate chips in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The muffins are ready when, pricking them with a toothpick, nothing sticks to it.
