White Chocolate-Blueberry Pizzelle Tart
A quick single-serving dessert made from a chocolate pizzelle drizzled with white chocolate.

Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | blueberries |
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | coconut flakes |
| 1 | chocolate pizzelle | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | white chocolate chips |
Instructions
- Place the chocolate in a small zip-close plastic bag; seal and microwave for 90 seconds, stopping to knead every 30 seconds until thoroughly melted.
- Take a corner off the bag and drizzle chocolate over the cookies in an even layer. Place blueberries and coconut on top of each one. Allow to cool and set before serving.
