
Wholewheat Yogurt Rolls
Simple wholewheat little breads made with yogurt, sprinkled with sesame and baked until done.
Ingredients
| 3 1/3 cups | 800 ml | wholewheat flour |
| 1 tub | yogurt (3.6%) | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | baking soda, slaked in the yogurt |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | salt |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | sugar |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | olive oil |
| — | sesame seeds, for sprinkling | |
| 1 packet | baking powder |
Instructions
Can also be tried with: sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, cheese.
- Slake the baking soda in the yogurt, add the salt, sugar, oil, and finally the flour mixed with the baking powder.
- Stir well and, with greased hands, form small balls which you arrange in a paper-lined tray.
- Let them rest for 15 minutes and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until done, about 20 minutes.
